We dispatch all orders Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 1:00 pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can also track your order via the My Account portal.
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery to New Zealand typically takes 7–14 business days.
For security purposes, orders over $200 may require a signature on delivery. If you are not home, the carrier will leave a card with instructions to collect your parcel from a nearby post office or depot.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your parcel as quickly as possible.
