Returns & Refunds

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Eligibility Criteria

• Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Consumable products (e.g. rolling papers, filters) that have been opened are not eligible for return.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

   Contact Us

   Email info@smackbangcentre.com or use the contact form with your order number and reason for return.

   Receive Authorisation

   We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return address within 2 business days.

   Pack & Ship

   Securely package the item and include your RMA number on the outside of the parcel. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

   Refund Processed

   Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return and either resend the correct item or issue a full refund, at your preference.
